Dear Marilyn, Ellen, Diane and Brian, and families. I was saddened to read of your mother’s recent death. I had the pleasure of working with Blanche for years at OPH where she was one of the superb “old guard” in the lab. She had a great personality and enjoyment of life that exposed her Newfoundland heritage. My condolences to all her family. Peter Fraser

On behalf of the Salter family I wish to send our deepest condolences to Blanche's family. I myself knew Blanche personally through her daughter Diane. We enjoyed many trips down the whitewater river's in Maine and parties on the river as well. Blanche always kept up with the party goer's and entertained us all with her Newfie songs and limericks. Blanche was a most kind and caring woman and left this earth with many friends and acquaintances she made throughout her journey. Rest in peace "My Love" Lorie Mitchell
