Ruth will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and beloved dogs, Whitey and Jack. Special thanks to the staff of Hospice House for the exceptional care and compassion shown to Ruth and our family. There will be no visitation. A memorial service for family and invited guests only will be held from the Oromocto Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at 1:00 pm. Pastor Rick Bruce will officiate. Interment will take place in Maugerville Baptist Cemetery. For those unable to attend, a livestream of Ruth’s service will be available to view at the following link: https://vimeo.com/555425960. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ruth’s memory to Hospice Fredericton, Canadian Cancer Society or Christ Church in Maugerville would be appreciated by the family.
