My earliest memories of Uncle Francis were the family visits, whether he and his family visiting or vice versa. I remember the sound of laughter, until the wee hours of the morning- my father and Uncle Francis trading stories. I remember the feeling of how much they loved each other. When those visits also included Uncle John and his family, the only thing that changed was the volume of laughter. When my father passed away, the loss was hard, but the visits from Uncle Francis continued. He helped ease the pain and loss of my father-he was kind and loving and kept the best part of my father alive. Uncle Francis always brought joy, laughter, and a quiet strength, he truly did brighten every room. Uncle Francis will be greatly missed and will never be forgotten.

Carol-Ann & Family: I was so saddened to learn of your dad’s passing. Frank has always been a man of interest and opinions. He certainly was always jolly and up-beat. As with the many people we saw while growing up in Oromocto, another good one has gone to their final reward. Please accept my deepest condolences for the loss of your cherished Frank. Having spent some special times with him through Glenn and our children, Claire and Shawn, I could always count on Frank to be the one in the room to make the joke during a difficult moment or get the joke when no one else did! He didn’t just hear you, he listened. He didn’t just see you, he recognized. I have been grateful for Frank’s quiet support and acts of care and concern over the years, as have Claire and Shawn. Uncle Francis, when I heard of your passing I was taken back ,by the news I sat in silence remembering of all the times we meet , especially as children and your visits you could light up a room .you were a kind soul and a very loving man. I will never forget our talks ,especially the last one we had .I will always carry that with me . Uncle Frank, I have read many condolences and what is clear is how everyone remembers you as kind, jolly, and ready with a humorous story. How you could be as silly as a child and how you had an endless supply of Love to give. It’s truly remarkable how many lives you’ve touched; a testament to the kind of person you were. You know how much I Love you-I have since I was a young boy. So many fond memories. I will miss our phone chats and, even more so, our visits.
