My condolences on Todd's passing. I met Todd when he arrived at shearwater as a Sea King TACCO where I had the chance to instruct him. Todd had a great sense of humor and incredible work ethic. I was lucky enough to have flown with him. He will be missed. Fair winds and following seas, Sic Itur Ad Astra

So sad to hear of Todd's passing. I worked with Todd many years ago as young IE Techs in Shearwater. I loved working and hanging out with Todd, awesome guy.
Makes me sad but brings a smile to think of my time spent with Todd. God Bless.

Our most sincere condolences to Jennifer and family. We had the privilege of having Todd as a neighbor over the past 7 years. Not only did he have the best lawn in the neighborhood, but he was always so kind to our son and our dogs. He will certainly be missed on McConnell.

I first met Todd, a fellow TACCO in the RCAF, back in 2010 when I came to Shearwater. After he left Shearwater we lost touch, but I caught up with him again in the summer of 2024 when his son, James, married my half-sister, Katie. What a small world it is!
Anyone familiar knows what a tight-knit family the maritime helicopter community is. Todd will be missed. From one of Todd's MH family members to his actual family - my sincerest condolences.

Such a GREAT guy and FRIEND. Got to know Todd as we curled together in the late 90's and won a Maritime Championship. Later, when he came back to 423 Sqn as an Air Nav we shared comaradary, stories and many flying experiences. Condolences to family members. Fair winds and following seas my friend.

I am so sad to hear of Todd's death. He was such a thoroughly decent human being and so kind to everyone. I am grateful that I got to serve with him throughout his time in Shearwater, both when he was a tech and later when he was an ACSO. He served with quiet professionalism and will be missed by so many.
With sincere condolences,
Sam Michaud

Oh my goodness, I'm so gutted to hear this. My deepest sympathies to the family. I haven't know Todd for many, many years. We went to high school together and curled together. I still curl and I remember so fondly all the hours we spent on the ice. He will be missed. X

So sorry to hear of Todd’s passing. I knew the Hill family from years ago They were neighbours of mine when I lived on St.John Avenue in Oromocto . Dale used to babysit for me.I also worked with Todd for a little while after he grew up; at Agnew Shoes. He had grown into a wonderful young man. I remember going to his brother’s funeral shortly after my own boy passed from Cancer. Cancer is still the worst disease in the world and there is so much of now.It is terribly sad that both of the Hill boys are gone. So sorry for your loss.
