Obituary of Roy Burton Mills

The family of Roy Burton Mills sadly announces he passed away on March 27, 2026, at the Veteran’s Heath Unit, Fredericton.  He was born on December 1, 1933, in Moncton, NB, he was a son of the late Walter and Laura (Rogers) Mills. 

Roy was a member of the Canadian Army  for over 27 years and work for DND for 4 years before retiring. 

Surviving are his children, Kathleen Elizabeth Di Bacco (Luciano) and Carol Ann Trenholm (Cyrus John);  grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. 

Besides his parents he was predeceased by his wife, Elizabeth; grandson, Joey and sister, Ada Blanche Wilt. 

There will be no visitation or service by request. A private interment will take place in the Oromocto Pioneer Gardens. Memorial Tributes in Roy’s honor may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
