Obituary of Marilyn Annie Morehouse

The family are saddened to announce the passing of Marilyn "Nannie Annie" Morehouse on October 4, 2021 at the Dr. Everett Chalmer’s Hospital, Fredericton, New Brunswick. Born on December 10, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Alice (McPherson) Morehouse. Annie will be missed by her daughter Leslie; granddaughter Hanna; life long friend Karen; sister Kathy (Charlie); brothers Ronnie (Connie) and Roger as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends. In addition to her parents, Annie was predeceased by her brothers Keith, David and Allen, as well as two infant brothers. "Nannie Annie" was well known for her love of Coke, and being outside riding her 4 wheeler or mowing the lawn. She loved cooking – or at least taking credit for Karen’s’ cooking – and spending time at the workshop. Her witty sense of humour could be counted on to aggravate and tease, all the while coming from her loving and warm heart. A graveside service will take place on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at 2:00 pm in the Burton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
