Born on July 26, 1943, she was the daughter of the late William Cunningham and Margaret Cunningham and was the loving wife of the late Joseph Charles Crowley. Kay was born in Saint John, NB and started her career working for NB Tel where she worked for several years. She was a loving supportive military wife and also worked in the public service for 20 years at CFB Gagetown. Kay loved to read, do crosswords, watch soap operas, shop, but most of all spending time with her family. She had several loving companions throughout her years, her most recent being Bella who will miss her greatly. Kay is survived by her children, Kimberly Crouse (Winston), Tina Small (Alan), Joseph Crowley (Rose); grandchildren, Alan Small (Cindy), Roland Green (Tracy), Rose Small (Rob), Corey Green (Alex), Jennifer Boudreau (Bryan), Alicia Clarke (Mike), Ryan Crowley, Adam Crowley (Karimah); twelve great-grandchildren; sisters, Deborah Sherwood (Bob), Anne Muise (Brian); brother, Ricky Cunningham (Linda); as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her siblings, Diane Cunningham, Barbra Woods, Paul Cunningham, Brian Cunningham and Joan Crouse. The family would like to extend special thanks to Father Weir and the Oromocto Funeral Home for helping guide the family through this troubled time. As per Kay’s wishes, a private visitation and service took place at the Oromocto Funeral Home. A recording of the service is available at the following link:https://vimeo.com/661816261 .
