Obituary of William Henry Sampson

It is with great sadness that the family of William (Billy) Henry Sampson announces his passing which occurred on June 23rd, 2022, in his home in Wassis, NB. Born in Charlottetown, PEI on May 11th, 1957, he was the son of Kathleen and the late Henry Sampson. Billy is survived by his daughters, Tracy Sampson of West Kelowna, BC, and Tara McHardy (Jeremy) of Hampton, NB; grandchildren, Landen, Carver, Paisley and Mahonee; brothers, Steven Sampson, Ernest Sampson and Hank Sampson; sisters, Joanne Parent and Kim Scott. Billy was predeceased by his father Henry Sampson. Billy will be remembered for his love of cooking and fishing. He took great pride in his work that he was very dedicated to. A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, July 7th, 2022 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm at Oromocto Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
