Obituary of Joyce Alberta (Cruickshank) Hasson

Joyce Alberta (Cruickshank) Hasson, of Oromocto, passed away on December 27, 2022, at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Born on January 12, 1932, in Grandview, Manitoba, she was the daughter of the late Gordon and Mable (Livingston) Cruickshank.

She is survived by her children, Gary Hasson (Sharon) and John Hasson (Kim); grandchildren, Shane, Jamie (Kim), Cassandra, and Colten; great grandchildren, Aiden, Rielly and Kingsley; brother, Victor Cruickshank; sister, Irene Bell, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, Joyce was predeceased by her husband Thomas Hasson.

In keeping with Joyce’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A celebration of Joyce’s life was held at the Oromocto Funeral Home, on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Kelly Burke officiating.
