Obituary of Dorothy Marie Macaulay

With heavy hearts, the family announces the passing of Dorothy Marie Macaulay on January 16, 2023 in Fredericton, NB. Born on January 11, 1925, she was the last surviving daughter of the late Heber and Gertrude (Veysey) Wiles.

Dorothy will be missed by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, one great great  grandchild, nieces, nephews, and friends.

In addition to her parents, Dorothy was predeceased by her husband of 73 years, Raymond Macaulay, and her daughter, Patricia.

Oromocto Funeral Home has been entrusted with her final arrangements. A visitation will be held on Friday, May 26, 2023 from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. A memorial service will take place at St. John's Anglican Church in Oromocto on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at 11:00 am. An interment for Dorothy and Raymond will follow the service.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choosing would be appreciated by the family.
