I was his brother in law at one time. What a hard working character who found Emily , the love of his life. . While in Montreal at the wedding, over a beer with him and a priest his true warm loving personality shone through. Phil will be missed by all us who knew him but know he lead a full life his way. Rest in peace buddy ….Bill Scott
