Obituary of Leamon Lloyd Sayer

It is with sadness that the family of Leamon “Lee” Lloyd Sayer announce his passing after a courageous battle with cancer on August 31, 2023 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Born in Regina, Saskatchewan on December 25, 1959, he was the son of the late John and Jean (Johnson) Sayer.

Lee leaves behind his loving wife of 43 years, Nancy (Taylor); children, Lee (Shawnna), Jason, Amanda, and Melissa (Yordano); 12 grandchildren (11, plus one on the way); siblings, Darwin, Cecelia, and Maria; many, many, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In addition to his parents, Lee is predeceased by his siblings, Barb, Frank, Stewie, and Gary.

A memorial gathering will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 93, Oromocto, on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society in Lee’s name would be appreciated by the family.
