I remember Ian as an honest, open and hard working man from the time I worked with him at the Ammunition Area at Gagetown. He deserved a longer period of retirement for sure. Peter Pike

Heather: I am sorry to hear about Ian’s passing. The visits at the camp, his stories and his sense of humor will surely be missed. Foster Lane will never be the same. I loved seeing all his wildlife pictures. He was a very talented wildlife photographer. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Hugs my friend.
