Obituary of Michael Stanley Greeley

It is with profound sadness that family of Michael (Mike) Stanley Greeley announce his passing on June 19th, 2018 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital, Fredericton, NB. Predeceased by both his mother and father, Mike will be sadly missed by his three sons, Jason (Kelly), Darren (Ashleigh) and Adam (Trina); grandchildren, Jacob, Connor, Emma, Riley, Jackson, Connor and Jaedyn; his brothers, Brian, Phillip and David; sister, Carolyn as well as many additional friends and family. A mechanic by trade, Mike was well known within the Town of Oromocto for his immense knowledge regarding anything with a motor. Mike could always be found working on something in his garage. Mike was the type of guy who would give you the shirt off of his back, and was always willing to help out a friend. A little rough around the edges, he had a good heart which allowed him to be surrounded by people who cared for him. Mike was always up for a good beer, good company and good times. The family would like to extend thanks to Dr. Kathleen Woods, Dr. Zeeshan Aslam, and the staff at D.E.C.H. ICU for the care and compassion they provided. A memorial service in memory of Mike will be held at the Oromocto Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, June 25th at 3:00 pm with Fr. Ken Weir officiating. A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
