Obituary of Stewart Maurice Turner

It is with sadness that the family of Stewart Turner announces his death at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Wednesday, December 5th, 2018 at the age of 85. Born in Odell, NB, on October 8th, 1933, he was the husband of Shirley Turner of Oromocto, NB. In addition to his wife of 65 years, Shirley, Stewart leaves behind his children, Lloyd Turner (Betty) and Carol Coulson (Dale); grandchildren, Jeff (Natalie), Dana, and Lucas; great-grandchild, Hunter; brothers, Colin Turner (Mavis) and John Angus Turner (Nancy); sister, Helen Finnamore; as well as several nieces and nephews. Stewart was predeceased by his parents, George and Vivian (Wright) Turner; sister, Irene Estey. In keeping with Stewart's wishes there will be no visitation or service. Interment will take place at a later date in Oromocto Pioneer Gardens. For those who wish, donations in his memory can be made to The War Amps.
