Obituary of Patricia Marilyn LaViolette

The death of Pat (Estabrooks) LaViolette of Orchard View Long Term Care, wife of David LaViolette, occurred on Jan. 24th, 2019 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born Mar. 13th, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Alberta (Toole) Estabrooks. Pat is survived by her husband, David of Lincoln; her son, Mark LaViolette (Penni) of Fredericton; brother, Greg Estabrooks (Mary Lou) of Gagetown,; mother-in-law, Eleanor LaViolette of Lincoln; brother-in-law, Daryl LaViolette (Stephanie) of Woodstock as well as several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Pat graduated from Teachers College and taught elementary school in Burtts Corner and Oromocto. She had been active with the Oromocto Pioneer Square Dancing, the Gagetown Women's Institute and she was always up for a game of Scrabble. A funeral service will be held at a later date in the spring followed by interment in the Lower Lincoln Cemetery. For those who wish, donations in memory of Pat may be made to the MS Society, NB Heart & Stroke Foundation of charity of the donor's choice.
