Obituary of Winnifred Perry

It is with sadness that the family of Lee Perry announces her death at Hospice Fredericton on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at the age of 66. Born on July 20, 1952, in Saint John, NB, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Mary (Kelly) Perry. Lee leaves behind her husband, Joe Perry of Oromocto, NB; daughters, Suzanne Stewart (John) of Miscou, NB, Cynthia Wilson (Corey), of Calgary, AB, and Nicole Ward (Marcel Chiasson) of Miscou, NB; stepchildren, Dale Perry of Fredericton, NB, and Tricia Mcmullan of Pembroke, ON; brothers, Kenny Perry (Dianne), Ronnie Perry (Bettyann), Sean Perry (Christine), Michael Perry (Sue), Peter Perry (Kim), Mark Perry (Debbi), and John Perry (Elaine); sisters, Mary Tulk (Wayne), Roxanne Williams (Darrell), Kelly-Ann Lester, and Jane Ward (Roger); grandchildren, Jesse James, Marcus, Rebecca, Jessica, Owen, Zoe Lee, Dominic, Liam, and Mischa; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and extended family members. Lee was predeceased by her parents, Kenneth and Mary; nephew, Andrew Perry; brother-in-law, Donnie Lester. The family would like to thank Dr.Sainz, Dr.Leclerc, and all the nurses and staff that cared for her over the years. Also, to the wonderful nurses and staff at the Fredericton Hospice, and a special big thanks to her sister Roxanne, sister-in-law Ivy and her husband Joe for always being there everyday for her. Visitation will be held at Oromocto Funeral Home on Sunday, July 21, from 1-4 pm. A memorial service will be held from the funeral home chapel on Monday, July 22, 2019 at 2 pm with Fr. Ken Weir officiating. Interment will follow in Oromocto Pioneer Gardens. For those who wish, donations in Lee’s memory can be made to Hospice Fredericton.
