Obituary of Stuart Bridges

It is with sadness that the family of Stuart Bridges announce his death on September 7, 2019 at the Oromocto Public Hospital. Born on August 24, 1940, he was the son of the late James Hazen and Beatrice (Briggs) Bridges, and the beloved husband, of 54 years, to the late Donna (McMonagle) Bridges. Stuart a will be greatly missed by his sons, Billy (Shelley) of Douglas Harbour, and Jimmy Bridges (Tanya) of Little Falls Minn.; grandchildren, Brittney (Kevin) and Duncan (Heather) both of Sheffield, Travis (Sam) and Oliver (Kala) of Minnesota; great grandchildren, Natalie, Kali and Allison; sisters, Majorie (Neil) Ward of Cambridge Narrows, and Charlotte (Stewart) Upton of Sheffield; brother, Irvine (Bonnie) of Sheffield; as well as several nieces and nephews. A Comittal Service will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at the Sheffield United Church Cemetery at 1 pm. A reception will follow in the Four Lakes Senior's Hall in Lakeville Corner. For those who wish, memorial donations would be greatly appreciated to the MS Society or a charity of the donor’s choice.
