Obituary of Robert Dale Dickinson

With great sadness our hearts are broken, as we announce the passing of Bobby on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at Hospice Fredericton with his wife Louise and nephew Michael by his side. He is survived by his mother Stella; brothers Dennis (Sheree), Garry (Patsy), Johnny (Sandy), Tommy (Lana) and Michael; sisters Judy Willetts (Terry) and Wanda Gadd; brothers in law Joey (Norma) and Jerry (Lynn); sisters in law Anna Chase (Jimmy), Donna Harris (David), Jeanette Barrieau and several nieces and nephews. Bobby is predeceased by his father Harvey, his brother Jerry, his mother in law Ila, and his brother in law Bobby (Duker). Bobby was a mechanic for 48 years working at Lawson Motors, Fairview Plymouth, Jeep Eagle and Base Gagetown K10 before retiring. Bobby loved hunting, fishing, drag racing, stock car racing, family gatherings and spending time with his girls Bernetta, Mackenzie and fur babies Prince and Mitten. The family would like to thank Dr. Snell, Dr. Sainz, and the staff of Hospice House and Extramural for the support and care given to Bobby and his family during his time of need. There will be no visitation per Bobby’s request. A memorial service will be held at Oromocto Funeral Home on Saturday, February 1st, 2020 at 9:30 am. Interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Fredericton Hospice House, Extramural Oromocto, or Oromocto SPCA.
