Obituary of Gary Ronald Hird

The family is saddened to announce the passing of Gary Ronald Hird on March 19, 2020 at Hospice House Fredericton. Born on February 28, 1945 in Nova Scotia, he was the son of the late Albert and Daisy (Wile) Hird. Gary is survived by his daughter, Linda Russell and her mother Mary Hird; his brother Peter Hird (Kim); his sister-in-law Charlotte Hird; and his step-mother Valerie Hird. In addition to his parents, Gary was predeceased by his brother Richard Hird. At Gary’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Donations to Hospice House Fredericton or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
