Obituary of Kevin Wayne Weunsch

It is with sadness that the family of Kevin Weunsch announces his passing at Hospice Fredericton on Monday, April 27, 2020, at the age of 56. Born in Fredericton, NB, on January 17, 1964, he was the husband of the late Bonnie Marie Atwin of Oromocto, NB. Kevin leaves behind his sons, Bradley and Kevin Atwin; daughter, Amanda Atwin (Steven Mossop); grandchildren, Braydan Atwin, Jacob Burns, Mackenzie Atwin, Hannah Burns, Brody, Peyton, Preston, and Braxton Atwin; brother, Albert Weunsch (Christine); sister, Terry Lynn Weunsch; nephew, Chris Weunsch; niece, Michelle Foxe; as well as his aunts and uncles. In addition to his wife, Bonnie, Kevin was predeceased by his parents, John and Donna (Morton) Weunsch. Kevin was a good man who took pride in his work at the Oromocto First Nation Health Centre. He loved his family and friends deeply, and was always there to help anyone in need. He was the anchor of his family and will be missed by so many after his long and hard fought struggle with cancer. Due to the restrictions regarding gatherings there will be no services at this time. A mass will be held at a later date.
