Obituary of Geraldine Grasse

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Geraldine Edna Grasse (O'Leary) on November 8, 2020, at the age of 80. She was born in Rusagonis , NB, on February 24, 1940. Geraldine will be deeply missed by her husband of 61 years, Glendon Grasse; her children Janice Carr (Burpee), Katrine Carr (Harvey), Angela Muise (Paul); grandchildren Danisha, Marsha, Mitchell, Dwight, Garett and Savannah (chosen); great grandchildren Landon, Addison, Beckett, Hazel, and Lily. She was predeceased by her parents Frank and Edna (Phillips) O'Leary; sister and brother-in-law Erma and Ernest Noble, as well as a great grandbaby Levi Fox. Geraldine was loyal to her family and loved us dearly. Her faith in God was evident by the way she lived in the good times and the bad. Mom was our biggest cheer leader. A public visitation will take place at the Oromocto Funeral Home on Monday, November 9, 2020 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. A funeral service will take place at the Geary Baptist Church on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Robert Weaver officiating.
