To Aunt Darlene, Uncle Ivan, Debbie & Shelly - Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us every day. You have my deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences. When I first heard the news, it set me back so much, that I found it extremely difficult to believe and or accept but it wasn't until today after reading Barry's obituary that he has left us and that I won't have another opportunity to connect with him again, which truly breaks my heart. My fondest memory of Barry was when our families would get together at Grandfather Goddard's in Penobsquis. It was at an early age, when Barry, Larry, Debbie & myself planned our first sting operation which involved string being tied to bottles which contained alcohol, that was left over from the card games that was played earlier on in the evening by our watchful parents...all other details can be obtained from Debbie. Please accept my sincerest apologies for not being able to attend Barry's Services. My heart aches knowing that I can’t be there during this difficult time. To Melissa-March, please know that every time your Dad and I managed to get together, he had nothing but beautiful words for you !
