Obituary of Gary Thomas Hasson

It is with sadness that the family of Gary Hasson announces his unexpected passing at home on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at the age of 67. Born in Churchill, Manitoba on October 3, 1956, he was the husband of Sharon Hasson of Oromocto.

In addition to his wife, Sharon, Gary leaves behind his sons, Shane Foster and Jamie Hasson (Kim Martin-Hasson); daughter, Cassandra Hasson; grandchildren, Aidan Foster and Rielly and Kingsley Hasson; brother, John Hasson (Kim); several nieces and nephews. Gary was predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Joyce (Cruickshank) Hasson.

There will be no visitation. A Celebration of Life will be held from the Oromocto Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 4:00 pm with Rev. Bob Jones officiating. A reception at the Hazen Centre will follow the service.

To honor who Gary was his Celebration of Life will be upbeat and casual. Please come in something he would wear like beach attire, a sports jersey, etc.
