Obituary of Mark Patrick Neadow
It is with heavy hearts and an overwhelming sadness that Chris Neadow and Carla Neadow-Illsley announce the passing of their beloved son Mark Patrick Neadow.
Gone far too soon Mark attended Oromocto High School and was currently enrolled in his final year at UNB. A fun loving, outgoing, health conscious, exercise guru, Mark was involved in and loved participating in sports. An avid card player Mark especially took great pleasure in challenging his grandmother Vivian and Aunt Susan in many crib and rummy games.
A compassionate, loving individual who always made everyone else’s day so much brighter, Mark would always be greeting everyone he met with a huge smile and a twinkle in his eye. He worked part time at the Base Gym, and more recently with the Currie Centre at the University of New Brunswick, and was without a doubt highly respected and more importantly, loved by everyone he met. Mark always had kind words for everyone and anyone who crossed his path. His goal in life was to make people laugh and give them the much deserving lift in life that they needed.
Mark had the ability to change the worst thing ever to the best thing ever. He loved to listen to others, help others out, and constantly reminded them that they were somebody and somebody special.
Mark leaves behind his parents, Chris and Carla; his beautiful sisters, Lecia Colbourne (Matthew Colbourne) and Tamara Neadow (Ben Murphy); his nieces, Reina and Lennox, who were the joy of his life. His grandmother, Jean Neadow and grandmother, Vivian Roussell; grandfather, Camille Roussell; grandmother Janet Pratt; aunts and uncles; great aunts and uncles; special aunts and uncles, Susan and Graeme Spencer, Janice and Rick Thibault, Uncle Jamie Neadow; many cousins and countless friends. Mark also leaves behind his best friend and constant companion Simba his dog. The two were inseparable. Mark was predeceased by his grandfathers, L/Col. Arthur Neadow and Carl Thibault; stepfather, Colin Illsley; aunt, Jo-Anne Neadow; uncle, Mark Neadow.
